Indivual size water bottles By Frederick Corrigan Buying Water in Individual size bottles is a waste of energy. Do you know that, reportedly, the amount of oil necessary to make these bottles is equal to 1/3 of the amount that the bottle will hold? Do we need the convenience of these bottles, or could we get our water in 3 or 5 gallon returnable or recyclable containers. How much more plastic can our landfills hold? Better yet, install an efficient water filtration system on your home water supply. Then you won’t need to waste oil to make your water bottles. You can buy stainless steel water bottles that are refillable and they last a very long time. STOP THE WASTE.
