Frederick, the photograph on my Profile is that of the front yard of a large house in a village near ours in the South of France.
I was drawn by the site of a huge bunch of grapes made up almost entirely of 1' diameter blown glass spheres in various colours.
The occasion of the visit to the village was one of the many "Vendangerie Fetes" held in the villages after the grape harvest is finished and the wine in the tanks and barrels fermenting.
The Fete is one of the most colourful I have seen. The Vendangerie (Wine Grower houses) parade through the village in rich capes and hats carrying miniature models of their variouses wine houses.
To me it was awe inspiring and gave me a true feel for the people whose country I was going to inhabit as a long term expatriate.
I might try and dig out the rest of the photographs and weave an Intel from them.

I was thinking about writing an article about what happened to me because of sleep apnea and how I miraculously got through it all without any physical damages to my body at all. The Doctors were amazed. However, I'm not sure whether I will write about it or not because it's a lengthy story.

Hi, Frederick, I have just screened an Intel about the dark wintry days in the UK. Must be lots of other places have the same situation.
I had had medical advice recommending the use of a SAD Light box.
I bought one and it cheered me up quite a bit.
You just spend 45 mins or so sitting next to it, and the special light simulates summer lighting.
Most Pharmacy carry them in the UK. not sure about your neck of the woods.

Thanks for the follow, I'm fairly new to Qondio so don't know many people on here. So far I'm impressed with the quality of the intel's your's seem as if they are in my age group(grumpy old men)and you tell it like it used to be and still should be. I particularly like the one about school and the teacher being in'charge' this is in my humble opinion where society has gone wrong, and the 'do gooders' have messed up. I, like yourself cannot condone child abuse, but I cannot condone teacher or parent abuse either. Like you I grew up in the old school and like to think I benefitted from the rules being enforced, physically if necessary. I don't consider I was abused as a child but did suffer the consequences of my wrongdoings, if I got caught! Sorry I could go on for hours! Bet you thought I might.

Hi, Frederick. Thanks for the following. I am from the UK, am 69 and in the business of promoting my own (6) websites.
Took a long time, since 2002 to get it right and still learning.
Not all the advice I have had in the past and to date has been good, so I went down a number of blind alleys.
I have had to be very aware of my budget for website promotion, especially Pay Per Click. Google AdWords has been the most expensive, even spending my money after the deposit had run out.
I use Exoclick now, and whilst expensive are good value. You can check how well you are doing in terms of sales by setting up your after payment page and you get a report of sales.
The other one I use is Bidvertiser, pretty good. Clicksor was not very helpful.

I thought that I was a bit long in the tooth for this internet stuff at 66, but I have now been dealing on e-bay part-time for about seven years and I am cautiously starting to look into internet markrtting, i.e. affiliates etc. I think that you and your wife are an absolute inspiration for the younger generations and long may you continue.
